This bitesize focuses on identifying and fast-tracking potential for leadership. In the last 10-years research has identified nine core competencies for emerging leadership which, if fostered, are known to accelerate leadership potential. Working with research-based models, you will explore and discuss the topic through a blend of stimulus and exercises. You will leave with greater awareness and practical tools to enable you to focus your development on what matters most, and an accountability partner to help make it happen.
