Bespoke programme design begins with understanding the business challenges and defining the specific nature of leadership required. This upfront consultancy also puts metrics and measurement at the heart of what we do, and a focus on outstanding return on investment. We’re proud that our clients often stay with us for many years, and that several of our programmes have also returned new revenue to the organisation through business projects. These programmes often place a strong focus on vertical personal development as a means to support accelerated performance. Delivery can be face-to-face, blended or wholly online. We have extensive experience of working with International groups, and including 3rd parties such as business school academics.

We create short workshops for executives, leaders and managers. These range 0.5 to 3 days and can be delivered in-person, as live virtual workshops, or a combination of formats. Our 2 and 3 day formats also feature embedding activities to 'land the learning.' 


Many short courses just focus on delivering practical tools. However, we believe that even a short experience should look at the mindset, skillset and toolset to enable an individual to apply their learning back in the organisation. We offer fully bespoke design of  courses aligned to your business plan, or 'tailored' options on some common topics as part of our workshop portfolio. A particular specialism is bespoke experiential learning design.


Our in person and virtual live learning content covers a large range of popular leadership topics. It's constantly kept current and fresh with the latest thinking and new research. It's been created as a direct result of our clients asking for 'better bitesize' that challenges both leaders thinking and action on key leadership themes, and goes beyond the usual generic content on offer.

We work with new or intact teams to inspire and tackle business challenges, starting with understanding the problem the team is trying to solve. Barriers to team performance that we often encounter include: trust, accountability, mindset, climate and culture, and communication. 


TEAM FACILITATION

With 20 years’ International experience we can offer 'pure' facilitation, or for many clients hybrid approach with teams can be beneficial. Working in this way we will blend the facilitation of the 'live' business or team challenge with new ideas, stimulus, consultancy, learning and even team building to get the group thinking differently, and to get the best possible result.


Our facilitators are well versed at working at plc Board level through to facilitating workshops for small teams. They each have more than 20 years of business experience, and so plenty to fall back on when things don’t quite go according to plan! We understand there is often a lot riding on getting a good outcome from the one day you have as a team and will work with you to get the right result, having a bit of fun along the way.


TEAM DEVELOPMENT

In team development, one size certainly does not fit all. In some teams a more scientific or data-driven approach is the best starting point. Here we can work with tools such as HOGAN, Belbin, MBTI, 360 feedback, EI and Leadership Climate as a starting point for a different conversation. However, for other teams we will create a tailored experiential session to enable them to feel change profoundly.


Our approach to team performance design comes from a place of having achieved it, as well as knowing the theory. Our lead designer, Tammy, took her previous company to the finals of the National Business Awards and CIPD Awards as 'Employer of the Year', and was one of the first businesses in the UK to achieve Investor in People Platinum status.
